The 1-2-3 HIT Techniques are a dynamic yet easy to learn set of movements that can be quickly incorporated into any system of martial arts training or just as easily understood by people who have had no formal training. The techniques are designed by Professor David James to be quick, fast and basic. Continued practice will move the individual from conscious thought to "muscle memory". At this stage the body reacts to the threat in a focused, intense, yet controlled response.
